“Ian prepared a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner for my family and extended family - 14 people in all - kids, teens, and adults. It started with Ian arriving early in the morning - around 8am. He quickly put us all at ease and blended into our group. He handled everything while some of us went skiing for the day, while others stayed at home and watched football and Ian do his magic. I noticed that many times throughout the day, different family members were huddled up to the kitchen counter listening to Ian's stories of travel and cooking. He is an interesting guy and was great with the kids and adults!”

Our meal was superb. His presentation of everything was beautiful and needless to say, everybody left the dinner table stuffed to the gills. We had turkey and all the fixings and everything tasted delicious.
