About the Chef

I started my culinary career 11 years ago in Denver, Colorado. I very much enjoy the outdoors and the active lifestyle which took me to Breckenridge to pursue my passion for a nice balance between culinary arts and outdoor recreation. After more than five years of following my love for food, a wonderful opportunity arose to be able to travel the world. I jumped at the chance and due to the culinary opportunities worldwide, I knew that I would be able to fuel the traveling with my knack for cooking regional cuisine. Over the last five plus years I have visited over twenty countries spanning Asia, Europe, Africa and North, Central and South America. Linking the things I love most in life together: Culinary arts, traveling, surfing, snowboarding, cycling, photography, yoga and the list goes on...
